Pocket does not connect

Not on the list

  • If pocket is on a subnet, it won't appear and you'll have to enter its IP address.
  • To find out the IP address of pocket , you need to access the network router.

Pocket won't turn on

  • Check the power supply

Certificate not listed

  • Certificate must be enabled, just open the certificate table in DINAMOcon, if it doesn't have an icon with a certificate in the Windows column, right-click on the line of the certificate you want to use and click Enable.

Error using the certificate

  • Check that the private key appears in the HSM column in the certificate table.
  • Check that Pocket is turned on and the service started.

Use is not in the report

  • Check that Pocket is linked to the cloud correctly.

Forgotten boot password

  • Search for a file with the html extension in Documents in Windows. It will be in the following format pocket_init_password_equipment_serial_number.html
