Shutdown

Prepares the machine for shutdown.

If the HSM service is active, it will be stopped and an information message will be displayed before continuing the process. After confirmation, the shutdown process starts, takes about 15 seconds and at the end the HSM 's power will also be switched off.

To initiate the shutdown process, all client sessions will be disconnected.

Attention

It is recommended to always stop the HSM service before shutting down, because if there are active client sessions, a warning will be given and the shutdown process can be canceled.

Avoid turning off the equipment directly using the On/Off switch, as files may become corrupted or data may be lost.
