Initializes the connection to the HSM
Parameters
- Optionaloptions: HsmOptions
  HSM configuration options
Returns Promise<Hsm>
- Client instance with connection established
Throws
exceptions.HsmError - Some configuration option has not been specified or is incorrect

Throws
exceptions.ConnectionError - Unable to establish connection with HSM

Throws
exceptions.HsmError - Generic HSM error
