Performance

HSM uses dedicated processors for cryptographic operations. The best performance for client applications can be obtained by using parallelism and multithreaded environments, respecting the library's conditions (such as separating a client session by thread, for example).

The combined performance of a solution with one or more HSMs can be increased by adding new HSMs to the set.
